“For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” Roman 3:23. Yet God loves us and wants to save us from our sins, to fill us with peace and offer renewal and hope to his people. He gave us the gift of salvation, through His only son Jesus Christ. “For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”John 3:16. Hello my name Amelia and today I am here to discuss with you all in depth regarding one of the principal beliefs of Christianity that is salvation. Hopefully after this session you all will gain a deeper understanding and insight into the meaning of salvation.

The gospel is the “power of God for everyone who believes” Romans 1:16. God wants us to understand that the initial fruits of salvation will be experienced in the afterlife, and not in the present life. Therefore through this, we know that salvation can only be obtained through the Christ himself, and to achieve that, we must first repent and believe. As humans, we often doubt on the gift of salvation, but Matthew 19:26 says “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible”. God gave us free will and options in life, salvation first can be made possible by choice and accomplished through actions. It is now our choice to carry on and commit to it. Thank you for your time. It has been my pleasure to deliver this speech to all of you and I hope that you all have gained a greater understanding on salvation.
