Robert "Bobby" William Stant, 86, affectionately known as "Uncle Bobby," passed away January 31, 2016 peacefully at his home in Queen Creek, AZ surrounded by his loving family. Robert was born to Jerry and Carman (Carvalho) Stant, November 29, 1929 in Honolulu, HI. Robert is survived by his wife of 65 years, Thomasia (Rivera), their four daughters, Branda (Lou) Snyder, Marlene (Doug) Schutt, Carrie (Kelly) Lessley, of Arizona and Marsha McFayden, (Skeet) of Washington, 8 grandchildren, 9 great grand children, and several nieces and nephews. Bobby was employed by the City of Hayward, CA for 32 years as a street maintenance supervisor, and retired in 1990. Along with his love for his family, Bobby had a love for music, which he continued
