Shoplifting Report Sample

On 01-02-2016 at 1832 hours I was dispatched to 333 south Westwood Boulevard (Walmart) in reference to shoplifting.

Upon my arrival I made contact with Meghan Sample, who informed me of the following:
- She noticed a male subject later identified as Nicolas Goodman with a cart full of property walking around the bakery department watching the door.
- One of the managers where on the phone at that location and eventually the subject made his way to the south end of the store.
- Once to the south end of the store he stood in house ware where he again was watching the door.
- The male subject then made his way back to the bakery department.
- While the door greeter was busy helping a male and female he made his way to the door and exited the
