The most challenging part about writing my personal essay was putting all my emotions, like excitement, happiness, nervousness, and being anxious, about this day into words. There are not many days that I experience all those types of emotions in one day. For the personal essay I chose to write about the day I shot my first deer, well really two of them in one hunt. The excitement that this brought about was too hard to even put into words. Shooting two deer in one hunt is not an easy task for any hunter, especially a novice one, which is where my nervousness came from. I found this essay very hard because you had to dig very deep into the ad, and if the ad didn 't have enough information, which I feel that mine didn’t, I ran out of things to say. The statement was a very obvious one, especially because it was written in bold and dark ink. The Aveeno Active Naturals Absolutely Ageless cream ad is the ad I chose for this essay, because it caught my attention right away. The very soft tones of this ad was very attracting, besides the beautiful model that was also placed into this ad. Through research of reviews, I found this product to have very positive critiques, especially about the statement it was trying to make to attract the consumer. The only thing I found easy was deciding on the persuasive techniques that was used, those were very obvious within the ad. Knowing what I know now, I would have chose a different type of ad for this essay which would have had more things to discuss; therefore, it would not have been so challenging to find things to talk
