The Violent Shooting Massacre In America

It was Saturday night. The club seemed packed with hundreds of people inside, when an unbelievable, yet seemingly repeatable horror story took place. A man approached the club on foot, armed with a semi-automatic rifle and a semi-automatic pistol and entered the building. The club’s guard engaged the armed man, but he returned fire and killed the police officer; however, the armed man did not stop there and continued on his way to the main floor where he began shooting patrons. A couple of additional officers also engaged the armed man, who then retreated farther into the club and began to take hostages. Soon after, about 100 officers were first dispatched to the scene (Mosingo). The armed man began shooting everyone in his path; he even entered the bathrooms in search of more victims. This armed man, all on his own, ended the lives of 50 people and injured another 53 before the police stopped his destructive path and killed him (Mosingo).
