I think Shmitcke should win this award because he is a great teacher he makes sure he is doing the right activities for his kids to succeed I have done very well in his class and he is one of my favorite teachers and some teachers just teach their class and get done with the day and that's it, but Schmitcke is different he likes and loves hanging out with his students he teaches basketball for 7th grade and he teaches track he is a great coach and great teacher he deserves this he works very hard at everything he does and he interacts and gets along with people around him.
