There had been a crucial time where a month end report was about to be ending up with wrong figures. Shivam was able to identify the problem much early on the daily report, and he voluntarily extended to correct the mistake. This helped much in presenting the month end report to the customer with accurate data at the right time. Also, he is an excellent communicator, and he quickly learns to survive and compete the peer group.
The current assignment has a scope of handling major incidents via a technical call where technical experts from business and 3rd party vendor gather on a conference bridge to address the issue to ensure maximum system availability.
