Shift Review: Probationary Troopers

Shift reviews are a way to evaluate the performance and progression of a field training student, and are monitored through their field training reports. At the conclusion of your patrol with a Probationary Trooper, please ensure you post your shift review at the conclusion of your patrol. It is extremely important to put as much details as possible in the review for field training officers to figure out their field training student's strengths and weaknesses. There must be a justification for each task completed in the shift review.

Any State Trooper or above will be able to patrol with a Probationary Trooper. A shift review must then be submitted into their field training report document within the next 48 hours. Consequences will be administered
