I have a border collie mix named Rocky, and he always makes my day without even trying with his excitement and positive attitude. I also have a rabbit named Benny who is fun to cuddle because he is so soft. The love and compassion some animals deliver when you first encounter them can bring any bad mood to a joyful one. This reminds me of when I first got Rocky and the pure jubilance he caused for my family. After years of my brother and I begging for a dog my mom finally caved in once she saw my dog as a puppy in a shelter. My brother and I got off the school bus where my mom embraced us, telling us to go into the backyard.
