When your best mate is getting married you will usually be the person to organise a bucks night. But what can you do? There are many bucks night ideas and what you choose will depend on the person involved. However, don't limit your ideas to just one night; you can choose a day and night or even a whole weekend if it seems appropriate. This will give you a whole host of ideas to incorporate into the celebration.

For instance, you could hire a fishing charter boat and have the whole weekend away on a great fishing trip. Or if golfing is his passion you could have a great day or weekend golfing and of course, incorporate some evening entertainment to go with it. There are many places to find bucks night ideas and the Internet is one of them. You only have to type in the keywords for many websites with ideas to pop up. However, you can also find ideas by asking others; many people have been to them or heard about them from their friends and you just might come across something that is really unique.

A pub crawl is often favoured for a bucks night, but since it is rather common, you might want to find something a little different. If the buck and his friends are active, think along the line of doing some activity first and then finishing it up with a meal out. Paintballing or go-karting, mini golf or ten-pin bowling, a jet boat ride or even clay shooting might be fun activities.

The couch potato type might prefer poker or something else that does not require too much effort. A private beach party, casino night, a chartered cruise with entertainment, a day at the races or even a wine tasting or two at various cellar doors might be considered more suitable.

One thing to remember when arranging the bucks night party is to schedule it well ahead of the actual wedding so that any ill-effects have time to wear off. You want to have fun; not ruin a relationship before it gets off the
