Shear Bronze Salon, a little salon in Waterboro Maine that has tanning, nails, and massages.
My stakeholders would be people I trust. People who are doing good in life and have a good business background. My step dad is a big business man and I would definitely have him involved with my business. Another stakeholder would be a Suntan city. My community and people who have interest in having a salon so close to where they live. My best friend also, who would as well be my business partner.
I benefit my community by providing them with a closer salon. They are not wasting time and more gas money by having to go to the town over. I would have much cheaper prices than any of the other tanning salons close by, making it pretty much impossible

My workers will be paid a good amount, with benefits and raises every six months. I will make them want to work for me and want to stay with my business. That being said my business will be a great and friendly place to attend. A friendly and welcoming environment is what every customer wants. I want them to always feel welcome whether it’s their first time walking in or 100th. This all starts with having friendly employees. They are going to be the ones that see the customers the most. Deals are always going to be going on, I need to make my suppliers want to give my business their money, and I need to give them reasonable prices and great accessories to have them come back and purchase again.
There is no conflict to be as profitable as possible to my employees. I wouldn’t’ start a business without enough money that I would need to be able to have everything I need to start up the business and to pay my employees. I wouldn’t want to not be giving my employees the money that they earned. I want them to stay, I need them and they deserve what they work for.
An environmental factor that would have the biggest impact on my business would be summertime. During the summertime going to the beach is what everyone wants to do, and its free! This will be the time of year that I get the least amount of business.

I agree, that stakeholders play a huge role in projects. Since the “stakeholders are all the people involved in or affected by project activities” (Schwalbe, 2015), sometimes it may be hard to identify all the stakeholders at the beginning of the project. The more stakeholders can be identified at the beginning of the project, the better the project can be managed. Sometimes, failing to identify critical stakeholders (i.e. opponents) can lead to a failure of the project or to significant project delays. One famous example that comes to mind is the Keystone Pipeline.…

My restaurant would be located in the Los Angeles area because people from many different places all over the world travel there every day so there will always be new consumers. Also, employees from nearby companies would be able to come often for lunch breaks and business meetings so hopefully they would be regulars. I would have about 50 employees, including managers, servers, hosts, bussers, bartenders, dishwashers and cooks. People who dine out often and have an interest in food would be the target audience because if they enjoy the food, they would return to dine frequently and also bring along friends.…
