Shayce is a 20yo, G1 P0, who was seen for an ultrasound evaluation and fetal anatomy assessment. She overall denies any major-medical disorders other than she has had some frequent UTI’s in this pregnancy and is on nitrofurantoin suppression. She does smoke cigarettes but states that she is down to 3 per day. She was further counseled on cessation. Based on her height and weight at the start of the pregnancy, her BMI was 36. She did have a positive UDS for THC in the first trimester but denies any current usage. Currently at this time she has no complaints and has just begun to feel fetal movement.
