Shawn has over 20 years of experience in Search and Rescue in various types of environments and disasters. He has lead both Search and Rescue response teams on local, state and national disasters. Shawn has also served on both local and federal disaster medical response teams and has successfully developed statewide medical and public health surge response teams.
