Shared Mission Statement

Decent Essays
The success of a group or an organisation is dependent upon their commitment towards the collective vision shared by the members of a team. The harmonisation of the personal vision, goals and belief of each member of a team contributes to the formation of a shared mission statement of the organisation. The commitment and mutual understanding that each team members feels toward this shared mission statement helps strengthening the focus of a team. This combined focus has a positive effect on the overall results churned out by an organisation. When planning the long term goals of an organization, the following questions may be considered as a kick off point for creating a shared vision:
