Shannon Outwards-Personal Narrative

Sitting in a circle besides her squad, Shannon Edwards is always laughing. She laughs at others jokes and silliness. Although, Shannon looks very serious, she is very goofy herself. This year, Shannon cracked up the whole squad by dancing dinosaur motions. Everyone left wiping there tears out of their eyes that day.
If Shannon isnt at cheer practice she is usually at woods coffee making drinks. "I love my job I used to work at another coffee shop and when I left that job I wanted to continue making drinks. I enjoy it!" Shannon also loves crafting! " I actually have a degree interior design so I love creating artwork around the house with my craft supplies."
Shannon decided to start coaching at Nooksack Valley High School in......because she loved the amount of school spirit, she still loved the cheers, dancing and stunting. The most exciting part of coaching is watching everyone learn new things and watching the performances come together. However, Shannon wasn’t always the person she is today! In high school she was very shy and being a cheerleader really brought out a whole new side of her that gave her a lot of self confidence. "I don’t actually get the fun of cheering! But I love watching my cheer squad cheer" Shannon now has to make decisions based on what is good for everyone. She might have an idea but it might not always be the best one! Shannon needs to consider everyone's opinion equally and sometimes she needs to make hard decisions that would make some of the girls mad, but she would have to do it for the squads best interests.She also needs to get creative and try to make routines top notch!
