Shanessa's Response The importance of fitness during the teen years is beneficial because, it can contribute a lot into your body and how you fell, according to Dan Brennan the author of article 2 states, "No matter a person's age or shape, one should exercise daily" (8). Many reasons why being physical is important is it helps keep your muscles strong, improves skin, and gives strength to your body. Because teenagers never thought that not working out can follow you through out the years, it can easily affect you and what you will do for the rest of your life.
