3. A) I think section 11.a.ii is a fairly effectively written passage. The passage provides all useful information in very concise expressions, which also includes a lot of numerical data. (e.g. “the depth to groundwater is an average of 139 feet (range 114.7 feet – 170 feet) at the high school project site and 191 feet (range 160 feet – 230 feet) at the athletic complex, p12).
