To begin,I would try to learn the most I can over my dream job and the daily tasks. This would help better engage in a conversation with the person I am shadowing.This would also help me come up with more questions. Since I would already have an understanding over their career I would be able to use questions that would focus on the person’s experience,and their thoughts over my dream job. One of the questions I would ask would be if they could have taken a step that would have made their journey to where they are now faster, what would it be?
