Predication: On 04/07/17, Asset Protection Manager(APM) David Jenny contacted APM Jakub Orlando regarding customer service clerk(CSA) Shadai Candelario who was suspected of passing merchandise and giving unauthorized employee discount to a customer.

Facts: On 04/10/17 APM Orlando reviewed CCTV footage and POS transaction to confirm the allegation. CCTV footage and POS transaction journal confirmed that CSA Candelario passed merchandise and keyed in a phone number in a pin pad that was linked to an employee discount.

On 04/11/17, APM Orlando interviewed CSA Candelario with Store Manager(SM) Mario Nevarez as a witness. During the interview, CSA Candelario admitted to the allegation and agreed to repay the company $28.44.
