Rank 1: Sgt Werema have been getting more firm this week in order to maintain discipline within detachment. SNM was not accountable for his roomate and peer, Cpl Joseph during wall lockers inspection. SNM has to balance policing other leaders but also recieve criticism. I WOULD serve with this Marine.
Rank 2: LCpl Huynh this week has been a lot more patient as the other Marines get rowdier during training. SNM is still able to give direct criticsim to help towards defensive training. SNM should use peer leadership to police his roomate, LCpl Martin. I WOULD serve with this Marine.
Rank 3: LCpl Martin this week failed to be accountable on the range when forgetting about keeping ammo on person. SNM also have failed to remember about trusting

SNM has utilised less leadership as tarining goes. SNM still keeps high professionalsim. I WOULD serve with this Marine.
Rank 8: Cpl Joseph is dealing with personal issues lately and have been really queit. SNM needs to be more profiecient at time management like making time to prep for inspection instead of doing it last minute. SNM had trouble in the beggining on M9 weapons handling but ended up performing well on test day and the range. I WOULD serve with this Marine.
Rank 9: Cpl Dodson stays mostly reserved to himself when around the detachment. SNM is motivated and helps out on working parties. SNM keeps up without hestitation with of the Marines. I WOULD serve with this Marine.
Rank 10: Cpl Dacanyrader needs to keep tabs more on assigned junior Marines. SNM should give more mentorship and guidance for Marines to set them up for success. SNM shows superior marksmenship on the M9. I WOULD serve with this Marine.
Rank 11: LCpl Ramsey likes to condradicts other Marines about being immature and later acting the same way. SNM likes to point out others mistakes but does not recieve the same back. SNM only failed one portion of weapons handling but managed to get past it and pass the second try. I WOULD serve with this
