Predication: On 06/08/17, Asset Protection Manager (APM) Jakub Orlando received an investigative, analytical lead regarding Shift Leader (SFL) Komlan Sagbo who was suspected of conducting fraudulent returns.

Facts: On 06/19/17, APM Orlando revived CCTV footage along with POS transactions to confirm this alienation. CCTV footage and POS transitions did confirm that SFL Sagbo conducted multiple fraudulent returns.

On 06/22/17, APM Orlando and APM Mario Garay interviewed SFL Sagbo. During the interview, SFL Sagbo admitted to conducting fraudulent returns and agreed to pay back $437 in restitution.

On 06/22/17, facts of the case were presented to Store Manger (SM) Shakeena Davis.
