During the past 6 months SFC Ramos continues to make a positive impact as the administrative officer for the Bureau. He has continued to complete all assigned tasks and has completed them in an expeditious manner without sacrificing quality. For example, MAC presentations, Bureau Orders, Weekly Accomplishments, Monthly reports, Call Count Statistics, etc. SFC Ramos updated and crafted many policies, presentations and procedures for the Bureau. His innovative approach to problem solving has reached well beyond the bureau and has impacted the division as a whole. Specifically, when he crafted the “Significant event notifications policy”. His participation with the transition of dispatch services for the Human Services Police Department
