• Some older members of staff may feel the younger team members are given easier jobs to complete, given more responsibilities or given more opportunities to progress. Or the younger staff feel the older staff do not pull their weight on shift. In these situations the manager must find out all sides of the scenario & figure out the best course of action.
• Sexual orientation of staff or individuals we support could affect the Equality of people as they could feel they are alienated from other people & groups, whilst others may choose not to disclose their sexuality with the fear that they may be outcast or not given equal opportunities.
• Individuals who have a religious faith may be outcast either due to people having different beliefs,
