Sexual exploitation of children and infant through the use of images on the social media is one of the major problems that need to be addressed in Canada. Children between the ages of twelve’s are being targeted the most by the images on the media. Most of the time children at this age are being persuaded or force to send sexually explicit images of themselves. Often times they are being ask to take part in a sexual activities via webcam or by having sexual conversation via messenger. This is one of the serious issues that are still going on in Canada that needs to be address. The term sexual exploitation is not yet separated from the child abuse procedure.
