PBA has decided to make some changes to how sexual battery is defined in our policy. We have defined sexual battery in line with the state. Florida defines battery as unwanted penetration. Forced sexual acts, requests or contact are assault.

Other institutions have a more broad definition. PBA will comply with the state's definition. This change in our policy will help students and faculty grasp the law.

It is expected that students and faculty won’t engage in nor promote such conduct. If this occurs it must be reported. Reports will lead to further investigation.

PBA strives to instill biblical values. Sexual misconduct is against what the bible teaches. Our rules must align with our mission. Our mission is to enlighten minds, enrich
