There are many views on sexism nowadays, however, I define sexism as the belief that one gender is better than the other. Surprisingly, most people do not realize we are actually exposed to sexism the moment we are born. When first born if you are a girl you get a pink beanie and if you are a boy you get a blue beanie. I recall in my childhood the boys versus girls, it would always be a competition between boys and girls to determine who was better. It is an innocent game played by children. Sadly, even nowadays we still are experiencing sexism. The little terms like “men are all dogs” or “women are all sneaky” are just a couple examples of sexism.
