According to what is discussed above under sexism and culture as well as sexism and religion, there is so much to think about the women in society. Women in the society context are wives and mothers of the children. Therefore, their place should be in the household nurturing, caring, and minding the affairs of the family at large (Ruether, 2005). This is due to cultural legacies and religious norms which dominate in the society. This implies that a woman in the modern world needs to know her place irrespective of numerous educational credentials and talents that she owns. Therefore, women no matter the time and space have to ensure that they perform their duties as expected by the society and as required by culture and religion (Fulani, 2014).
