Suggestion: Sex offenders volunteering for castrations.
So far California has had 15 repeated sex offenders who opt to have the surgical procedure, and Alabama State lawmakers want to make this a permanent policy that punishes sex offenders.

If successful, seeking funds is important and certain policies need to change to allow castrations for sex offenders effective. There are many policies to consider, but the only one we will encounter are victimless crimes taking up space in jail. For example: Shoplifting, stealing a jacket that cost $149, yet is sentence 16 years to life. There are over 3,000 prisoners serving life for non-violent crimes and taxpayer are paying 1.8 billion to keep them in. () That money can go towards the funded need to keep sex offenders locked up for life, and surgical castration if volunteered. Bill Clinton is the reason behind the three strike rule, which in the end increased the about of human beings that committed non-violent crimes imprisoned. Eliminating these unlawful policy will free up the jail or prison facilities. The public may have a lot to say, and they do have the right to speak their mind on what is ethical or
