An introductory letter from the head of Department of Psychology and Education (University of Education, Winneba) was sent to the authorities of the district in seeking permission to conduct the study in that setting. It was communicated to the teachers that the data to be gathered was going to be kept with much confidentiality and that the anonymity of the participants shall be protected. Also, the researcher has a professional relationship with most of the heads and teachers of the district and therefore it became easier for him in contacting and getting them respond to the questionnaires. The teachers were randomly selected at their School based in-service training workshops.

P < 0.05 The data in Table 6 suggests that there is no sex difference in psychological wellbeing of bullied teachers in the Yeji District. For depression (t = -.959, p>0.05), anxiety (t = -1.08, p>0.05) and stress (t = -.273, p>0.05).

To examine the age difference in the psychological wellbeing of bullied teachers in the Yeji District, analysis of variance (ANOVA) test was ran. The result is present in Table 7.1
