There are many different types of weather that occur in Colorado. Some examples of basic weather are rain, light wind, sunny, and cloudy. Those can’t cause any bad things to happen. Severe weather on the other hand, can cause serious damage. Some examples of severe weather are hail, lightning, flooding, and tornadoes. Hail is very common in Colorado and can get as big as a golf ball, causing damage to houses, cars, you name it. Lightning strikes around 200 people a year. Also it can cause fires. Flooding can cause the most damage. It’s not likely that Colorado will get severe flooding, but it can still cause severe and permanent damage. Tornadoes are in eastern Colorado, also known as Tornado Alley. I don't think that anyone could be affected
