I think that seven hours is too little to expect of a high school student because there are at least 44 days in a quarter and seven hours of service can be done in about two to three days. When some students hear that you only have to complete seven hours of service per quarter, they get happy because they know it wont be a lot of work, so at times people join just because of that reason. I think that at least 12 to 16 hours of service should be completed per
