In the seven habits profile there are nine categories. The first two are foundational habits of the seven habits, the last seven are the “7 habits”. The first category scored the emotional bank account. After receiving a score of 16, knowing that the highest score is 18, it is a good time to start adding deposits to my emotional bank account. The quickest way to accomplish this, is to not speak negatively of others, or allow people around me to speak negatively of others. This will be a win-win in my current work environment. The second category is for life balance. Aligning well with the next mission, to complete the MBA program, and not burn out.
