I would like to gain a deeper insight into frustrations experience by patients, in order to understand how the most well-meaning institutions sometimes fail them. I would like to learn how to effectively conduct service recovery, from the identification of the dysfunctions to their resolutions. Finally, I would like to understand how a large quality improvement project, concerning 15 clinics, is planned and executed. What are the challenges? How to overcome
