Groom ISD got the opportunity to have a service dog, owner and trainer visit and talk to the Small Animal Management class about the-behind-the-scenes life of a service dog as well as how their trainers prepare them.
Texas Paws Dog Training LLC brought Haven, the dog, and Bill Rupert, Haven's owner. Along with them was Kheli Harless, a behavior specialist, also came. Harless specializes in dog aggression.
