A “servant leader” is one who leads by example and strives for excellence. They do not demand nor act superior, rather exude a balance between leader and servant. Through this balance a “servant leader” achieves a symbiotic relationship; delegating with humility and positivity. A “servant leader” leads with encouragement and always has the best intentions in mind for those around them.
I have demonstrated this at Picture Show through my strong work ethic and team oriented attitude. At work, I demonstrate being a “servant leader” by always keeping my other coworkers in mind; I think “What can I do to help?” and “How can I better the experience for our customers?”.
