Sergio Marchionne did a wonderful job, in my opinion, getting Chrysler back to a respectable station. Mr. Marchionne created a functional market culture that created the Fiat Chrysler Automobile company we have today. He created strategies that focused the strengths of the company to become efficient during a terrible time of Chryslers’ history.
Having said that, I see Mr. Marchionnes’ lack of focus on clan culture is disappointing. This case study was an interesting read that has to be concise for educational purposes, but I wanted to know more about employee satisfaction. Organizational behavior always starts with the employees or top management. Marchionne implemented mandatory meetings that created communication and accountability,
