Sergeant Murchison's Accident Report

Officer Benitez of the Prince Georges County, Maryland Police Department, Hyattsville Station responded to the scene and completed an accident report, Central Complaint Number PP16102200001099. (Attachment 3)

Sergeant Murchison obtained a written statement from Mr. Gerald Picott the driver of the stricking vehicle. In his statement Mr. Picott wrote, the light turned green, I released my foot from the brake and had a fender bender with the vehicle in front of me. (Attachment 4).

Sergeant Murchison obtained a written statement from Ms. Yurisbek Gamez a passenger in the vehicle and registered owner of the vehicle. In her statement Ms. Gamez wrote, " the light turned green and my boyfriend took his foot off the brakes and we got into an accident".
