The attacks on September 11, 2001 was a serious problem in the United States as well as in the entire world. People have seen terrorism like a very dangerous situation. After the day on September 11, the terrorist groups still continue to kill people around the world. The earliest ones were in France and Mali. These events happened on October 2015, leaving many people died and their loved ones suffer great misery. Back to the attack of the Twin Towers of The World Trade Center in New York City, extremist Islamic group al-Qaeda hijacked two airliners. The second airplane just appeared after 18 minutes of the first airplane crushed. The collision caused a huge explosion, the Twins Tower was covered by flame and the streets below. America was under attack and defining the presidency of George W. Bush. The day September 11, 2001 was the deadliest day in history for New York firefighters, leaving 343 were killed. After the attack, George W. Bush considered how serious the attacks were, he said he should have more carefully for any other attacks in the future so that this event won’t never happen again. He promised to keep American people safe as well as the nation while he was trying to solve the problem by looking for Osama bin Laden, the mastermind behind the attacks. However, the U.S. is so happy to announce that Osama finally tracked down and killed by the U.S. forces in 2011, leaving people feel so happy when they hear that. Every year on September 11, American people still come to visit those people who were killed and honored them for all their hearts, wished them to rest in peace because of their sacrifices. Anyone who do not like them, do things against them, do not obey them, they will be killed as normal. Life is difficult, and people who are unlucky to be born in those kind of countries, mostly in Africa, they will be suffered much more compared to people who are living in democracy and freedom countries such as The Unites States, England, Canada, South Korea, Japan, etc. From reading “The War on Terror 3rd Edition”, students learn that many significant elements lead to terrorism and they have evolved much broader since the attack on September 11, 2001. All the countries in the world should stay alert, have more police officers to protect people’s safety because Islamic group will plan to attack many more countries. Their next targets mostly in major capitals and cities where the businesses develop really good and where large population are. France declared a state of emergency and closed all the border after continuous attacks in Paris, killing at least 128 people dead and 99 people in critical condition.
