Sephora For Makeup Research Paper

Imagine this; Crowds of people coming in to buy products, happier and more satisfied customers, making more profit, and people promoting your products. This can all happen if some things change. I am a huge fan of makeup, I own many of the eyeshadow palettes and makeup items your store sells at the Sephora in Westminster, Colorado but for the past few months, when I go into a Sephora your store seems to always be out of most things. I get you need to get more shipments, but I have been trying to get my hands on some things from Anastaia for months and the location I go to never has them. You guys are a great company though, I only shop at Sephora for makeup because your employees are friendly with service and try your best to always look for what I need. One time, I went into Sephora to get a new foundation because I got one for Christmas and it wasn’t my shade, they used the special camera thing to test my skin and I got the perfect match for my skin tone. I have never had a problem or allergic reaction when the products you sell, I only shop at Sephora for makeup. …show more content…
I always ask them about it, and they always say, “We will get our next shipment in on Tuesday” but when I go in they still don’t have them, it looks like they never got restocked. I don’t go to the location at the Flatirons or any other mall because they are too far away for me to go to or I don’t have enough time to go up to these other malls to get them and I don’t personally like ordering makeup online because it bugs me so I have to keep patiently waiting. Its not just me having this problem, one of my closest friends is having it too, but at another location and she is looking for something
