My senior years has been great so far. I hate that it’s coming to end so quickly but there will bigger and better things for me after high school. I’ve missed out on one major senior activity because I was out was out town for an AAU basketball tournament and then I also missed the make-up picture day because I received the email notification on day the pictures were supposed to be taken. So therefore I missed both appointments for my senior pictures which sucks because my picture won’t be in the yearbook. Now that I am a senior my parents are having to pay a lot of money for senior items. I also wanted to get some additional items to help me remember my senior year. Ordering my cap and gown kind of made me feel happy and sad at the same …show more content…
One thing that I clearly remember about being a freshman was every game that I wanted to attend, I had to have my parents drop me off, and as a senior I can drive myself. After the games I can go out to eat with friends then go home. I could not do these things when I was a freshman. So attending games as a freshman does not compare to being a senior attending a game, if just feels different. Now I am in my senior year playing my last seasons of high school basketball, it feels bittersweet. I did not attend all the pep rallies this year because I took that time to get some extra studying in. I just attended my last Winter Days assembly which was good. This year I had the opportunity to be a part of adopting a child so that they would have a Merry Christmas. As a senior I am filling out college application, getting letters of recommendations and just praying that I will be accepted into the college of my choice. As I fill out the application, I also have to pay a non-refundable application fee. This college application process is very expensive. It is a little stressful because I don’t know if I will get accepted into the colleges and universities that I would like to

For the past year, I could only provide an indefinite answer to a frequently asked question, How was your freshman year? In fact, those of us who experienced our freshman year could be addressed as “college veterans” will never initiate a conversation with regard to the past year. Perhaps they consider that the freshman year was not as consummate as they initially planned. I cannot judge my first year in college was successful or frustrating, but I feel I benefited from the meritorious experiences and practical knowledge gained from my college life. In my opinion, no matter what goals one wishes to achieve in college, whether its grade, love, health, or sense of accomplishment, one has to be prepared for both failures and…

Senior year was the last hoorah my friends and I had together before college. The first day of senior year I walked into school, it was almost as if I could smell the freshly pack of new pencils being opened. I could hear the squeak of the girls new flats on the floor and the music coming from everyone's headphones in the hall. Senior Year My greatest memory so far in my eighteen years of being on this earth is without a doubt my senior year of high school. It was absolutely unforgettable. My senior year as a whole (which was just last year) was the most fun I’ve ever had in my life and the happiest I have ever been. When I was a chubby little freshman with glasses I thought to myself that high school would be one of the longest time periods of my life and that four years would feel like forty years. But man was I wrong, high school went by in the blink of an eye.…
