• Why was the Senior Member Experience created? o The Senior Member Experience was designed as part of Every Member Education and our commitment to provide valuable and relevant education to each member of Kappa Kappa Gamma at each stage of her membership.
• Are chapters required to use the enhanced Senior Member Experience resources and outlined programming? What if we already have an established, successful senior member program? o Kappa Kappa Gamma Fraternity is asking all chapters to adopt the new Senior Member Experience model. This will ensure that the programming aligns with the expected learning goals and provided resources, such as The Girl’s Guide. However, if a chapter already has

These senior members should attend all Senior Member Experience meetings during the fall semester. The Senior Member Experience Guidebook will also outline additional suggestions for providing recognition and information about becoming an alumna member.
• How many Senior Member Experience meetings am I required to plan? o Kappa Kappa Gamma Fraternity expects you to hold six Senior Member Experience meetings throughout the school year for senior members. You may hold more meetings, but remember, everyone is busy and more doesn’t necessarily mean better. Put your time and the time of your senior members into the six required Senior Member Experience meetings. Make these dynamic, engaging and relevant and your senior members will gain a lot from attending. Don’t forget, we also hope they will take the Senior Member Experience online courses too. Encourage senior members to devote extra time to this.
• Where are the resources for the Senior Member Experience located? o All of the resources you will need to facilitate and plan your six required meetings can be found after logging into www.kappa.org and navigating to More Resources > Education
