Senior Kirsten Mohr: Soccer Player

Senior Kirsten Mohr is a fourth year varsity player and is the starting center on defense. Mohr has been playing since she was four years old, and was influenced by her brother. “I started playing soccer because my older brother played and I wanted to compete with him,” Mohr said. Playing for such a long time, there are many things Mohr likes about the sport. “My favorite thing about soccer has to be the competitiveness involved,” Mohr said. Being a varsity player for four years, Mohr has had the chance to play with different groups of girls, as the team is slightly different each year. “I think this year’s team works so well together because we are a family which makes us all play well together,” Mohr said.
