Physical activity can help senior’s keep up with their health. Health experts say that seniors can retrieve health benefits if they continue being physically active. Even the people whom maybe diagnosed with heart disease or any other medical condition can be improved with physical activity. The more exercise the senior does they will have better health benefits. It is widely known that participation in physical activity has significant positive effects on improving and maintaining mental health, preventing and minimizing effects of chronic diseases, as well as enhancing physical health and function in older adults (Liffiton,2012).
Diet
Healthy eating can have a positive impact on senior’s successful aging process. Good nutrition helps with your development. There are not any specific foods/meals that are considered “good” or ‘bad”. As people age it is highly recommended that they eat appropriately if they would like to age successfully. Older adults need their vitamins, protein, water, etc.

Even though, where you live can affect your aging process it is still ok for the senior’s to be less isolated. Majority of the people who aged successfully were treated by people in the retirement centers.
