The Governor’s Advocacy Office received two complaints on October 12, 2015 that had been completed on your behalf and then forwarded from the Northwest Senior and Disability Services Program located in McMinnville. The complaints have been reviewed and allege that the program has discriminated against you on the basis of race, color or national origin because your financial needs are not being met.

The situation that is believed to have prompted this complaint involves your family who is presently in Nigeria and your desire to return to your family, but not having the financial resources to do so. We are so sorry for the difficult circumstance that you surrounds you.
