Yes, the title also hooked me and that is why this essay was the first one I read, however, I ultimately chose a different essay for my initial post. I agree with you on the structure, the essay flowed pretty well and it was not hard to follow. Although the introduction was short, I did see one. I did not really see a conclusion. I do not feel Senator Fulbright summarized anything. It seemed like more of a “microphone drop” to end it. The last two sentences were memorable though. Unlike you, I am not a fan of history, but I do understand the importance of it. I wonder what Senator Fulbright would think of how America has conducted business in the last 15 years or so.
