In today’s teen’s or tween’s generation, the age division, is expanding the amount of advertisement and bad spending habits. For example, marketers are aiming the teens and tweens through strange places, such as a school. Marketers are now advertising in schools, which can affect the education of students. An example is Pizza Hut give students promotions if they read a certain amount of books. Many marketers try to make the company sound educational to schools, but the companies are just lying. Pizza Hut just wants you to buy their pizzas. In addition in the “Selling to Schools” video, it say that schools can earn a jump rope every time a family spends $700 at the grocery store.
