In the performance of the song; there are many flashy costumes, backup dancers, very detailed sets, and a lot of different lighting. Selina Rogers is preforming Stormy Weather, in front of and audience with a live orchestra, she is wearing what looks to be and expensive but elegant dress with a spotlight on her, and she is inside of a house setting; where you then hear sound effects of a storm happening.
