To my knowledge, the responsibility of individual is the willingness to both accept important of standards that society for individual behavior and to make a strenuous personal effort in the daily live by those standards. But on another hand, society today still disagree on giving the individual of the responsibility, because the society doesn’t think people can take care of themselves.
