“Students who are connected to their college are more likely to persevere and meet their academic goals compared to students who do not get involved on campus” (Harrington, p. 25). At the career center, I learned that this resource is a place I can go to for help when I need to find a job. The career center also offers mock interviews, this feature will prepare me for real interviews.
