Self - Reflection on Module 8.3
Information Management
From the beginning, I was deeply impressed with Module 8 (SP Management) generally, and particularly sub-module 8.3 (Information Management); because the information that we are using for a given program/project is either a key for our success or way for our failure. Obviously, information is power, as a quote by Daniel Burrus ’’Information is power only if you can take action with it. Then, and only then, does it represent knowledge and, consequently, power.’’ The way the online class is organized and the methods sub-modules structured is pretty attractive and quite sequential. The first page of LEA for our online session with sub-modules starts with welcome message by the lectures

In this regard, the sub-module add some basic inputs how to reduce such errors by creating database applications for SP systems and this includes: strictly monitoring of institutional requirements, staffing requirements, functional requirements, technical requirements and service requirements. Moreover, keeping SP data coherent and safe is the most crucial part of information management and in order to make the data coherent and safe we need to use data protection protocols and make sure we have adequate information about the physical security and logical security of program/project …show more content…
their link can be compared with the two-sides of one cent, because when we are talking about SP delivery mechanisms, we are also talking about information, data (Information Management) and when we are talking about Information Management, we are also talking about Finance, about money…unless we don’t have Finance we can’t talk of SP delivery mechanisms; and unless we understand and use proper information/data; SP delivery mechanisms and Financial Management will result in vain.
The other best experience I learned from the sub-module was about online group work; which I have never tried before, I really enjoyed the group work and would like to use this experience in my future career. In addition, I learned that when working with a group we need to have creative control over what things will look like or how will be managed and I learn to allow others to be in charge and take responsibility for their parts instead of taking them on myself

Task 10 (D1) Discuss how potential errors in the design and construction of a database can be avoided. One of the potential errors that can occur when creating a database is that field names and names can be spelt incorrectly due to human error this can be difficult to spot if the database is big the way of making sure that there are no naming errors is to make sure that every is checked regularly and more than twice to make sure that the chances of finding a spelling mistake is reduced. Using the wrong data type is another potential error that can occur when creating a database this can be troublesome as if there is a relationship created between the tables and the mistake is found and changed then the database wouldn’t allow you to change the field where the data type is incorrect without removing the relationship first so it will be made into a long process of removing the relationship between the tables changing the data types for each of the table before remaking the relationship between the tables again the way of preventing this is by looking at the field names for the database and then choosing the correct data type also perhaps getting the opinion of another person and rechecking that they are all correct before creating the relationship.…

The knowledge I continue to garner throughout this course will provide insurmountable benefits across all spectrums of life. For example, when working on presentations for school projects I now possess the knowledge of how to organize, deliver, and employ aids in a manner that will enable classmate to garner a greater understanding of the presentation while also promoting an overall memorable experience. Additionally, given my status as an instructor in my work center, I can now gauge the training audience to understand how to tailor a robust, informative style briefing that captures their attention. Furthermore, when presenting information regarding systems to leadership, I will now be able to properly employ visual aids to enhance their overall…

Before taking music 111, I only know little about music with few preconceptions. First preconceived idea which I hold was players who can play by ear are naturally genius or just a special gift. However, from the lecture, “Oral Tradition” and Lilliestam’s article I got the idea how the players can play by ear. In his article, "On Playing By Ear", Lars Lilliestam compared music to spoken language. He described as if we learn a variety of phrases, we can use the language in certain situation.…

I am in my second year at UCLA with a full scholarship for tuition and very minimal loans. Granted I have had some ups and downs with my GPA, I have overall been managing my grades. Self reflection is the mental process that acquires knowledge and understanding through thoughts and experience which helps encourage self awareness. This essay focuses on assessing my objectives and how I have developed my skills from the beginning of this semester until now. At the start of semester A, I wasn’t confident in preparing for the skills sessions and workshops. I wasn 't always able to find the correct answers to the workshop questions set which made it relatively difficult for me to participate in lectures despite finding myself at the library every other day. I began by listening to knowledge based lectures online and making notes alongside the recommended reading given by my lecturers or the module guide.…
